What is this site for?
This site is a subscription service that allows users to search our steam group index.
This can be used to find and acquire rare groups that are obscure and unable to be searched through steam.
Why do I have to pay?
Our service costs money to allow both us and yourself to make profit depending on which groups you accquire. We store over 4 million groups in our database, so we also require profit to keep our services running smooth and fast.
Who is this site managed by?
This site is managed by Trahax and Drepz. If you need support you can contact us on the available methods in "Contact".
How do I purchase a plan?
- To purchase a plan, head over to the "Plans" page.
- Select the package you'd like to purchase.
- Press the "Purchase" button and you will be redirect to Coinpayments.
- Select your required currency and then fill in your email and name.
- Follow coin payments instructions and once you have completed the payment you will be redirected.
- Wait a short while until you receive a confirmation email. (Keep this safe because it contains your transaction ID)
- Once the funds are received you will find your package in the "Packages" section. Simply press "Activate" to start using our service
How long does it take to receive my package?
It is dependant on the confirmation times of your currency. PayPal should be fast however we cannot predict the times on crypto currency. If you have any issues or your package hasn't appeared contact us with your transaction ID.
Why is the owner status inaccurate?
The owner statuses are updated on a weekly to monthly basis. This is because our group database only grabs the owner's information since it was last checked.
Can I purchase the full group database?
You can purchase the full group database, please contact us privately. Be aware this will not be cheap so do not bother contacting us if you don't have a legitimate interest in purchasing
What are "Group search limits"?
Group search limits are the amount of results displayed. If you are searching for a larger query you will have to upgrade your package.
What can't I do with this?
If you are caught sharing information with user's who have not purchased, you will be permanently banned from our service.
